No Returns Available:

As we deal in delicate and handcrafted Indian ethnic wear, we do not offer returns on any of our products. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we are here to assist you in case of any issues.

Exchange Policy:

Exchange is only available under the following circumstances:

  1. Size Issue: If you receive a product with an incorrect size, you may exchange it for the correct size.
  2. Product Damaged During Delivery: If the product is damaged during transit and you inform us within 48 hours of receiving the package, you may exchange the damaged item.

Exchange Procedure:

Exchange Conditions:

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and labels intact.
  2. We reserve the right to assess the condition of the product upon receipt before proceeding with the exchange.
  3. The exchange request should be made within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  4. In case the desired size is not available, we will provide an alternative or issue a store credit for future purchases.

Shipping Costs:

  1. If the exchange is due to a size issue or product damaged during delivery, Bawree will bear the shipping costs for returning the product and sending the replacement.
  2. If the exchange is requested for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Refunds:

As stated earlier, we do not offer refunds. In case you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to consider an exchange or utilize store credit for future purchases.

Cancellation:

Once an order is placed, cancellations are not permitted. We request you to carefully review your order before completing the purchase.
